Life changes and we totally get that! Whether you’re a Sitter needing a short break or looking to deactivate your account, follow these easy steps:
If you're a sitter taking a brief break, hide your Sitter profile.
Turn Profile Off Temporarily:
- Go to: My Account > Profile Settings (Profile is On)
- Slide to Turn OFF.
- Ready to sit again? Just log in and switch your profile back ON!
Going on Vacation?
- Head to 'My Calendar.'
- Set your unavailable dates and we'll ensure parents don't see you as available during that time.
Want to Deactivate Your Sitter or Parent Profile?
- Sitters can deactivate their account by going to My Account > Settings > Deactivate Account > Click the button to Deactivate Account.
- Parents can deactivate their account by going to My Account > Edit Profile > Deactivate Account > Click button to Deactivate Account
