We totally understand! Life is full of surprises. If you need to cancel, it’s not a problem. Just try to let your Sitter know at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking, there’s a small $4.95 fee. And if it’s within 2 hours, the charge is one hour at the Sitter’s rate, or $20, whichever is greater. If your Sitter has to cancel, don’t worry - there’s no charge to you.
Your trust is important to us. We make sure all our Sitters are reliable, and we review any cancellations closely. This way, we keep everything running smoothly for both our Parents and Sitters.
