Bambino understands that plans can change.
If you need to cancel a booking, we ask that Parents provide as much notice as possible to their Sitter.
Cancellation fees may apply:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are subject to a $4.95 cancellation fee
- Cancellations within 2 hours of the booking start time are subject to a fee equal to one hour at the Sitter’s rate or $20, whichever is greater
If you would like to provide compensation to your Sitter beyond Bambino’s standard cancellation policies, please contact our support team, and we can help facilitate the transaction.
If a Sitter cancels a booking, Parents will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Bambino reviews cancellation activity to help maintain a reliable experience for both Parents and Sitters on the platform.
