Yes. Bambino allows Parents and Sitters to communicate securely through in-app messaging.
To help maintain safety within the platform, Members must first pass Bambino’s safety requirements before messaging is enabled. This may include completing identity verification or having successfully completed bookings on the platform.
As a Sitter, you can start a conversation with a Parent when:
- You and the Parent have both favorited each other
- The Parent has confirmed a booking with you
Please do not accept a booking simply to message a Parent that you are unavailable. Accepting a booking indicates that you are interested and available for the requested sit.
Keeping communication within the app helps protect both Parents and Sitters and ensures important booking information stays connected to the reservation
