While using Bambino, Parents agree to follow the platform’s Terms of Use and community expectations designed to help keep the marketplace safe, respectful, and reliable for everyone.
Bambino is a marketplace-based platform that helps Parents find, book, and pay Sitters. Bambino does not employ Sitters or operate as a babysitting agency.
Parents are expected to:
- Treat Sitters respectfully
- Pay for bookings through the app
- Avoid taking bookings off-platform
- Provide honest reviews and feedback
- Report safety concerns to Bambino
- Be mindful of cancellations, especially within 24 hours of a booking
